Reuben Makaka (Managing Director)
Reuben leads Goldham Healthcare and is responsible for the firm’s direction, client relationships and overall delivery model.
He brings experience across operational restructuring, performance improvement, financial recovery, transformation and execution, with a track record of supporting organisations facing complexity, change and performance pressure across multiple sectors and geographies.
His background includes advisory experience with Deloitte and PwC UK, as well as earlier strategy and operational excellence work in consulting environments.
Reuben is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive MBA (with distinction) from Imperial College London. He brings a commercially grounded, execution-oriented approach to client work, with particular strength in situations that require financial discipline, operational focus and practical problem-solving.
